Hehe, that should have been "echo -e ...", adding the -e argument allows the use of the \0 character.
Please dont take this the wrong way you guys are great and BincIMAP is
righteous so if you do not give up on me i will not give up on FreeBSD,
UNIX, Computers, or BincIMAP.

Telneted in to binc but when i do a ps -aux |grep bincimap-up i get
nothing what the F*&^

Did you keep the telnet open while doing the ps -aux? You need to do the ps -aux while keeping telnet open. And since you're running FreeBSD we can't use strace. You'll have to use ktrace and kdump.
Strace is not even installed on FreeBSD i could add it like recordio but
look where that prog got me nothing so far.
