Wait, what?

... so... you're using Maildir++ still, then, right? Because if you're 
telling Binc to treat ./Maildir/ as an IMAPdir, and qmail is treating it 
as a Maildir, then you're going to run into the "new" "tmp" and "cur" 
directories confusing users at some point.

The maildir2imapdir.pl script sets up a "shadow" Maildir the "right" way 
(I understand there's a reason why doing a single link isn't as good as 
3 links... but I don't remember what it is) so that you don't have to 
change your other configurations, and it preserves any existing 
subfolders of Maildir (I know, I know, you said "new users only", but 
I'm just saying...).
