Why? They are not Maidirs and can't be confused with folders. In fact they
will be unvisible to your IMAP client:

2 LIST "" "%"
* LIST (\Unmarked) "/" "INBOX"
* LIST (\Unmarked) "/" "INBOX.Drafts"
* LIST (\Unmarked) "/" "INBOX.Sent"
* LIST (\Unmarked) "/" "INBOX.Trash"
2 OK LIST completed
