Looks fine.

I'm starting to run out of suggestions, but with tcpserver down
verify that nothing is running, and then use lsof to see what or who
is using the port.

lsof -n -i | grep '\(imaps\|993\)'

If this turns up blank I'm not sure what I'll say..
