Jadi attachment tidak disimpan dalam 1 file pst tapi disimpan ke local drive, dan attachment nya di remove dari email tersebut. Ini Cuma versi untuk Outlook, nggak ada untuk outlook express. Mestinya kalau mau teratur... 'dipaksa' pakai outlook... bisa saja kan? Atau alternatif lainnya saya yakin banyak. Tapi pertimbankan ini. Mengirim file dengan attachment berat-berat via email... apa nggak kasian traffic nya? Belum lagi kalau satu email dengan attachment 1 MB dikirim ke banyak orang. Kalau Intranet OK masih mending, tapi kalau Internet? Kenapa nggak coba pakai FTP, file sharing, file upload atau yang lainnya? Kantor saya adl perusahaan heavy trading equipment multi product (sales, service, & spare parts) dng supplier worldwide & target market nasional. Jadi bisa dibayangkan traffic imel sehari2. 70-80% imel yg masuk adl imel dng attachment gambar & document.
