TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER - Hyperion (TPM) Requirements: * Graduated from reputable university with a degree of Information Technology / Computer Science / Technical background * Strong leadership abilities. Has good managerial skill with minimum 3 years experience in Project Management * Good resource management (conflict within team anticipation, resolution, approaches) * Has good understanding and experience in project management knowledge areas: scope management, time management, cost management, resource management, and risk management * Has projects experience in tools like Cognos, Hyperion, GEAC, MicroStrategy, SAS, Business Objects and similar tools * Good exposure and knowledge in Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence / Data Integration / Data ETL, preferably in banking industry * Has experience in IT Projects in Banking industry would be a strong benefit * Excellent Communication and presentation skills, both Indonesia and English 2. BANKING BUSINESS ANALYST (BA) Requirements: * Graduate Degree in any discipline, Master degree is preferred * Has a minimum of 3 years of experience as Functional Consultant / Business Analyst / Product Specialist in Banking Industry or IT Consulting with experience in Banking projects, preferably * Has strong knowledge of banking business process * Good data modeling and mapping concept. * Extensive knowledge of Requirement gathering and Analysis. * English proficiency is a must, both in oral and written * Strong analytical thinking, has good oral and communication skill as well as presentation skill 3.
