Vacancy: Business Analyst (Code: BA)
Main responsibilities as required by the job:
• Prepare specifications base on user requirement
• Manage User Acceptance Testing
• Create and maintain documentation including procedures
• Assist other IT units in creating documentation
• Manage and follow up the progress of Work Order
• Periodically prepare progress report
Qualifications:
• Minimum education: Bachelor degree in Computer science or related
• Fluent in English both oral and written
• At least 2 years of experience as Business Analyst preferably in Insurance
Industry
• Experience in creating procedures and specifications
• Excellent analytical thinking
• Good interpersonal skills
Vacancy: Legal, Compliance & Risk Management Support – Contract Based (Code:
LCR)
Primary Objective:
To assist and support Department Head on completing Legal, Compliance and Risk
Management tasks
Main responsibilities as required by the job:
• Support Department Head on the implementation of related initiatives/projects
and coordination with various functions in the organization
• Assist Department Head on handling administrative tasks, translating
documents, preparing reports and presentation materials
• Provide effective documents handling, filing management and database
administration
• Assist Department Head on reviewing of policies, guidelines or procedures
Qualifications:
• University graduates (or minimum Academy), preferably in Law, Insurance,
Business Administration, Secretarial or equivalent
• Knowledge background or several years of working experience in related field
is preferred
• Fluent in English
• Good time management, report writing and presentation skill
• Good communication and interpersonal skill
• Proactive, responsible, able to stay calm and work under pressure
