IT Support Personnel Needed Urgently Roles:
Supporting staff with any technical issues.
Desktop or Client side administration.
Server administration (email, proxy)
Supporting and managing Printers.
Technical Skills:
Windows Server, Linux, Windows XP
Basic Networking
Microsoft Office, Open Office
Basic cabling and infrastructure knowledge
Basic programming
Anti virus software
Generic Skills:
Great communication skills and perform activities such as
Need to communicate with staff effectively in appropriate manner.
Call outside vendors for any issues in outside the organization's IT
administration boundary.
Ability to document both in generic and technical terms would be an advantage.
Proficiency in English would be advantageous.
Troubleshooting skills
Passionate about IT and its current trends
Willing to learn and share knowledge.
Candidate Consideration:
One or two year work experience in the IT industry is preferable BUT fresh
graduate candidates would also be considered.
IT undergraduate degree with provision of computer programming curriculum. (eg.
Computer Science).
