Hi Marius, It's not only for the IT expert/investors though. I'm more leaning towards the fresh graduate as well. Don't you think the market is actually treating them better compare to the more senior people?
IT is a kind of unique career where more experience doesn't always translate into the higher level. It's way different than the more traditional career, eg. physician or accounting. Thus, it's more enticing for younger people. I think I mentioned this a long way back, but the demand for a good engineer is still high. Ask around, I'm sure somebody there also think the same way. My company keeps looking for good people. And if you go to job-site, like monster.com, you'll find the same. We always dream about becoming a millionaire. But it's never been truer than with the IT people today.
