Sorry bukan orang HRD :) Hubungan karyawan dan perusahaan adalah atas persetujuan kedua belah pihak. Tapi yg pasti tanyakan dulu ekspektasi gaji org tsb. dari sana lah kita ukur, setara/tidak dibayar segitu terhadap performance/pengalamannya ... Kalo emang mau banget, tinggal tinggiin dikit dari gaji nya yg skrg :)
