Hello,
I am studying the song of white-browed scrubwrens
(Sericornis frontalis) at the Australian National
University. These birds have a remarkably low song
rate (0-7 songs/hr) and rather long songs (10-15
secs). Just wondering if anyone knows of any species
with similar rates, song length, or both, as the
literature I have pored through seems dominated by
high rates and short songs (1-5 secs). Any info would
be greatly appreciated.
