Dear Tomasz

We have many such examples in our archives; see our catalogue at

and type "Cuculus canorus and female" into the search box.

Yours sincerely

Subject: Cuculus canorus (cuckoo) female call needed

Hi,
I was asked to prepare tapes for some experiments with cuckoos, Cuculus
canorus. I have a few recordings from commercial CDs, my own or my
colleagues, but I'm still looking for recordings of characteristic babbling
calls of cuckoo females.

Please write to me for details if you have such recordings.

Tomasz
