Has anyone successfully used trackHubs to pull down data via the UCSC table browser? I want to pull down Roadmap data in a relatively easy-to-access form; the VizHub trackhub seems like the way to go.
If it's already possible to do this, I don't want to spend much time on it, but if it isn't (and looking through the code, I haven't figured out how it would be), I'm prepared to patch rtracklayer until it is.
