Hi,
My package piano has had a build error for some days now in the devel
version with the following error:
Error : objects .__T__normalize:BiocGenerics, normalize are not
exported by namespace:affy
I have noted that these packages also get this error during build:
AffyExpress, affylmGUI and affyPLM.
Package affy itself is built but has some errors/warnings during CHECK:
* checking for code/documentation mismatches ... WARNING
Functions or methods with usage in documentation object 'normalize' but not
in code:
normalize
normalizing...Error in get(name, envir = asNamespace(pkg), inherits =
FALSE) : object 'normalize' not found
Can someone please help me as to whether I should make some changes to my
package to avoid the build error?
