Hi all:
The BuxcoR package is now publicly available. Our main focus is on Buxco's
(www.buxco.com) whole body plethysmography system for mice. BuxcoR is designed
to parse, store and retrieve data from structured CSV files exported from
Buxco's FinePointe software. Although the bundled example dataset is pretty
trivial I will try to include a larger dataset as Experiment Data in the near
future.
