Hi,
I noticed that exonsBy(Homo.sapiens, columns = "ENTREZID") yields an object
with ENTREZID in the metadata of each individual GRanges, rather than as a
metadata column on the GRangesList. In my opinion, the latter would be a
lot more convenient. The fact that it's a CharacterList is a little
annoying, but we've already gone over that.
