Using the URLs exactly as given on the "Source Control" HOWTO results in the following error:

svn co https://hedgehog.fhcrc.org/bioconductor/branches/RELEASE_3_0/madman/Rpacks/MYPACKAGENAME svn merge -c140 https://hedgehog.fhcrc.org/gentleman/bioconductor/trunk/madman/Rpacks/MYPACKAGENAME

svn: 'https://hedgehog.fhcrc.org/bioconductor/branches/RELEASE_3_0/madman/Rpacks/GWASTools' isn't in the same repository as 'https://hedgehog.fhcrc.org/gentleman/bioconductor'

The "svn merge" command should remove "gentleman" from the example URL.
