Do you want to report a bug? Or do you want users to be able to report bugs in
your package?

Package DESCRIPTION files can have BugReports: lines that point to a URL where
bugs can be reported; this can be the "issues" page of a GitHub repository (see
http://www.bioconductor.org/developers/how-to/git-mirrors/ ).

If a package does not have a BugReports: line, you can report bugs on this
mailing list or on the support site
(https://support.bioconductor.org); please tag your post with the package name,
and read the posting guide
(http://www.bioconductor.org/help/support/posting-guide/).
