Hi, I noticed that https://github.com/Bioconductor-mirror/derfinder/commits/master is out of sync with svn. The latest commit there starts with "v1.5.19". But if I do:
svn co https://hedgehog.fhcrc.org/bioconductor/trunk/madman/Rpacks/derfinder svn log | head I see that there is one more commit there: r113044 | hpa...@fhcrc.org | 2016-01-28 20:22:03 -0500 (Thu, 28 Jan 2016) | 3 lines elementLengths was renamed -> elementNROWS in S4Vectors (new name reflects TRUE semantic, old name will be deprecated soon) I'm not sure how I can get them in sync so I'm hoping you can fix it from your end.
