My guess is that I didn't add the citation info until version 0.99.28
and the page might have not updated itself after it was created with
version 0.99.27.
the script that generates the citations failed on an earlier package.
I've updated packages with bad DESCRIPTION / CITATION files, and will
make the script more robust in the next day or so.
