Hello, That contradicts the instructions on the sleuth Download page. It contains the R commands
biocLite("rhdf5") and devtools::install_github("pachterlab/sleuth") You may have read the instructions too quickly and mixed the arguments up. Bioconductor requires lots of function documentation with runnable examples and a vignette. Sleuth isn't currently at the R package quality level necessary for Bioconductor. -------------------------------------- Dario Strbenac University of Sydney Camperdown NSW 2050 Australia _______________________________________________ Bioc-devel@r-project.org mailing list https://stat.ethz.ch/mailman/listinfo/bioc-devel
