I've noticed this for a while and thought it was a temporary glitch, or maybe I missed some announcement about it, but it appears that NEWS files are no longed listed on the Bioc package pages, e.g. https://bioconductor.org/packages/devel/bioc/html/Biobase.html. A mistake?
