Hi Bioconductor team, We recently published a NAR paper (as the link below) and would like to update our Bioconduction tool: DNAshapeR. https://academic.oup.com/nar/article/4430925/Genome-wide-pre diction-of-minor-groove
I followed the instructions and updated our package on https://hedgehog.fhcrc.org/bioconductor/trunk/madman/Rpacks/DNAshapeR/. However, the page http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/3.5/bioc-LATEST/DN AshapeR/ has not been updated. Instead, the page for BioC 3.6 was updated ( http://bioconductor.org/checkResults/3.6/bioc-LATEST/DNAshapeR/) but shows an error("No, built version is LOWER than in internal repository!!!". Can you please let me know what happens and what should I do to fix this? Thanks so much!
