Dear all, According to the last check, the developer version of the package pwOmics just fails at the windows server with the following message:
install for i386 ERROR: dependencies 'rBiopaxParser', 'igraph', 'STRINGdb', 'biomaRt' are not available for package 'pwOmics' * removing 'C:/Users/biocbuild/bbs-3.7-bioc/meat/pwOmics.buildbin-libdir/pwOmics' In R CMD INSTALL In R CMD INSTALL I can't adress this error by myself. Has anyone an advice for me, how to handle this? Thank you for all your suggestions.
