Minoo, You can manage your credentials for the Bioconductor git server here:
https://git.bioconductor.org/BiocCredentials/ Activate your account with your email and you'll be logged in. Once in, you can see what SSH keys we have on file for you. If you still have problems, the docs at https://www.bioconductor.org/developers/how-to/git/ might be helpful.
