The devel branch will temporarily be frozen on Sunday April 28th to branch for the April 30th release. Any changes after the freeze will have to be updated to the release 3.9 and devel 3.10 branch. If your package has been failing to pass build or check for an extended period of time it will be marked for immediate deprecation in the next development cycle (devel 3.10) until it is fixed.
