The deadline for commits to the current release 3.9 branch is Monday October 14th. At this time the release 3.9 branch will be frozen and no longer accept any commits. If your package is having TIMEOUT, ERROR, or WARNINGS - it will forever be frozen in this state. This is in preparation for the Wednesday October 30th 3.10 release. We encourage last submits to this branch to be Friday October 25th so that any changes will be reflected in a build report before the branch is frozen and branched. October 28th is the deadline for devel packages to be building without TIMEOUT/ERROR/WARNING.
