If you send me your GitHub repo where you have the cleaned repo. I will compare 
it to the repo on the bioconductor git server. I'll do a quick check and sync 
them once I think they are correctly done.

Hi,
I cannot push commits back to rnaseqcomp package in BioC git repository due
to the duplicated commits.I have cleaned the commits with cherry-pick
following
https://bioconductor.org/developers/how-to/git/resolve-duplicate-commits/.
It seems that I have to contact Bioconductor core team to sync my local
repository with the version on Bioconductor. Please help.
