Hi all, the checks for my newly submitted package seem to be failing on tokay2 i386 for a couple of days now:
https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/devel/bioc-LATEST/cytomapper/tokay2-checksrc.html <https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/devel/bioc-LATEST/cytomapper/tokay2-checksrc.html> And it looks like this is coming from checks/examples failing for the EBImage::readImage function. https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/devel/bioc-LATEST/EBImage/tokay2-checksrc.html <https://bioconductor.org/checkResults/devel/bioc-LATEST/EBImage/tokay2-checksrc.html> I can’t really figure out where this is coming from and how to address this issue. Does anyone have recommendations on how to proceed?
