It was the issue on the Bioconductor side. If you look at the page now it looks like everything is updated. Let us know if anything does not appear correct.

The vignettes and manual were correctly updated to this version. My issue is that the webpage did not update. It is still on v1.19.1. This causes three problems. 1.
