That fixed it!
It worked before the new release and I automatically thought that something has
changed the behavior since the release. Now I am thinking back, it's because
that I has accidently overwritten the id_isa file recently, which leads to the
invalid public key in https://git.bioconductor.org/BiocCredentials/
