Hi, You cannot have two maintainers to a package. We operate under the assumption that there is a single maintainer per package. The user that has access to the package is �j.chen2�., there are no SSH keys with that username so there is no access. I�ve deleted the other account with username �raman..� under the same email as �j.chen2�.

This person by default will have commit access to the git repository on git.bioconductor.org. Commit access can be given to other developers by request on the bioc-devel mailing list. Another option is to add collaborators to the github repository.
