I'm sorry for the confusion. Apparently, the automatic labelling for issues has a bug and assigned the review in progress tag before the package was ingested and assigned a reviewer. I am working on correcting that bug now. We will assign a reviewer in the next day or two, if the package is building cleanly you can expect a review from the assigned reviewer within 2-3 weeks, if not sooner.
