This is an ERROR on our end as previously reported in the mailing list. We pushed up a fix but it has not yet propagated to the windows builder. We will investigate why but in the meantime you can ignore this ERROR.

I am not sure how to fix this problem. I ran the read.dcf() function in my own laptop and it works without errors. Do you have any advice?
