Any package that remains broken in release would also be candidates for deprecation in 3.21
Is a package that reaches the timeout during buiding considered as broken?
I've changed segmentSeq to single core because there's a problem that I've looked into but haven't yet been able to solve. As a result, the vignette is taking much longer to build. My aim is to solve the problem or switch to BiocParallel in January.
