Dear Bioconductor Team, I'm writing to report an issue with the vignettes of my package � G4SNVHunter (https://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/html/G4SNVHunter.html) which was recently released in Bioconductor 3.21.
Issue Description: The HTML vignettes are currently displaying without: * The title/author/affiliation headers * Properly formatted references section (appears unprocessed) https://bioconductor.org/packages/release/bioc/vignettes/G4SNVHunter/inst/doc/G4SNVHunter.html This worked fine in devel branch before release, but now both release and devel versions show the issue. Troubleshooting Attempts: * Verified that the .Rmd source files contain the necessary metadata and citations * Confirmed proper rendering in local environments (including Bioc 3.21 Docker) * Checked Bioconductor's build reports but found no relevant errors Could you kindly advise on the potential cause of this problem or any steps I can take to resolve it?
