Hi Patrick, Thank you very much for explaining to me the rational for replacing the parameter multiple with select.
As we discussed today, it would be great if the seclect parameter of findOverlaps can have an option for selecting the one with the most overlap, and overlap >= a specified % such as overlap >=50%.
