Bioconductors,

We'll be offering a course 'Advanced R Programming' on 17-18 February,
in Seattle. This unique workshop provides advanced users with resources
for producing effective, reusable software packages in R / Bioconductor.
Participants are expected to be familiar with programming language
concepts, a good understanding of R, and familiarity with Bioconductor.
Topics include efficient R programming, R's object-oriented systems,
interfacing with common resources, integrating compiled code, and
organizing software into robust, reusable packages.
