Hi, You can search for results with free full-text by applying limits to your search results by choosing Limits tab from pubmed's home page and then selecting 'Links to free full text'
In pubmed abstracts, link which points towards the journal does not always provide free full-text (for eg. in http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sites/entrez?db=pubmed&cmd=Retrieve&dopt=Abstract&list_uids=18649012click on the link spingerlink and original journal article will be opened without free full-text). In such cases just go to the hyperlink stating journal name, note the full journal name and then search google for that journal's website. Very often you are able to find the full-text editions of journal there.
