The source is up on patch-tag, but I've put off packaging it and posting
to hackage until it's a bit more complete.

- Implement a data structure to hold results of the polyphred record -
~60% complete (need to add a couple of 'optional' records).

- Want to add output to csv, plink and GVF formats.  Planning on using
the bio GFF code to output GVF (a GFF extension). 0% complete

- Want to incorporate tag data from consed .ace files.

The 'itch' that I'm trying to scratch is this: I have automated
polyphred calls, and manual 'polymorphismConfirmed' tags added through
consed.  I want to incorporate the manual tags in my SNP calling and
reporting procedure, and output to a standard format (GVF).
