Planning on using the bio GFF code to output GVF (a GFF extension). 0% complete - Want to incorporate tag data from consed .ace files. The 'itch' that I'm trying to scratch is this: I have automated polyphred calls, and manual 'polymorphismConfirmed' tags added through consed. I want to incorporate the manual tags in my SNP calling and reporting procedure, and output to a standard format (GVF).
