Ok, thanks. I will add an attribution, and I'm happy maintaining the
code for now.
I've added these three libraries to the list of libraries that have been
split off from 'bio lib' on the LibrarySplit page of the biohaskell.org
wiki.

They're up on hackage here:

Awesome! It's been on my list of things to do since forever, but since
I haven't had immediate use for them lately, things have been put
off. Thanks for lightening my conscience.
I'd like to make sure I'm giving credit where it's due. Should I
change the author field in the .cabal file to Ketil
If you are happy accepting feedback and maintaining them, feel perfectly
free to list yourself as author/maintainer. If not, you can list me,
and it's of course nice if there is some attribution to the origins of
the code in there somewhere. If you want, I can also set up a
maintainer list/mail alias in the biohaskell.org domain.
BTW, please also update the http://biohaskell.org/ wiki, it hasn't seen
a lot of updates recently, but I think it is a good place to collect
information.
In general, I'm enthusiastic about making "biohaskell" a community
effort, and I'm strongly in favor of the "be bold" slogan of Wikipedia.
When in doubt, go ahead and do what you think makes sense.
