Hi, I'm happy to produce conduit-based bindings for Samtools--it looks like it would be pretty straightforward. I haven't used the library myself yet--I got the sense that the interface may still be in flux and there is also a "pipes" library to consider?
As a note, I put my package repositories on github, which seemed like the easiest way to make them generally accessible https://github.com/ingolia/SamTools/ https://github.com/ingolia/SeqLoc Best, --Nick On 26 Jun 2012, at 13:33 , Christian Hoener zu Siederdissen wrote: > Hi, > > it seems that the conduit package is used more often now and dependent > packages maintained (just had a problem with iteratee-compress) better > than with iteratee. > > Does this seem correct? > > Can I expect conduit to be the new standard in iteratee-based stuff?
