I think this paragraph describes what happened last year, and should be replaced by whatever has happened since the previous HCAR. (Although I'm not sure what that might be.) It has a flavor of "current news" to it, and details of the PDB parser seems too specific for this, IMO. OTOH, I'd like to add links to Udo (biohazard) and Sarah. Basically, I'll just look at the wiki history, and see what has been updated.
