1) I am thinking that the TwoBit.hs library is not compliant with
the biocore library, yes?
2) Assuming 1) is true, I did a "darcs get/install" but I didn't see
"import bio.core" in Fasta, FastR, etc. ... I want to read old/new code in
order to convert TwoBit.hs to use the new biocore library ... ??? Help ...
