Hi,

I'm a newbie to open source development, and I found out that this is a
really good way to meet new people and reach out to bigger community
development in the areas you are interested in.

I had implemented an optimal 3 D protein structural superposition algorithm
using Quaternions, replacing the Kabsch algorithm which was previously
there in IISc.

I'm a computer science student interested in contributing in the field of
bioinformatics. I have a good base in data structures and string
algorithms, and I am interested in functional programming (in Haskell).

It would be great if you guys help me get started :) I have limited
knowledge in biology though, but I have a good base in algorithms.

Thank you,
*Vijeth Aradhya*
