Hi Vijeth, Sounds like it would be an excellent addition to hPDB library! What about starting with a Pull Request on Github?
There are many more things that You might like to implement with it - like MaxSub and TMScore algos based on superposition of a subset of residues. What kind of help would you like? — Cheers Michal > On 6 Dec 2016, at 9:44 PM, Vijeth T Aradhya <vijth...@gmail.com> wrote: > > Hi, > > I'm a newbie to open source development, and I found out that this is a > really good way to meet new people and reach out to bigger community > development in the areas you are interested in. > > I had implemented an optimal 3 D protein structural superposition algorithm > using Quaternions, replacing the Kabsch algorithm which was previously there > in IISc. > > I'm a computer science student interested in contributing in the field of > bioinformatics.
