None at all. I don't have the time to do it, and some of the internal 
data structures need refactoring, but I put it up under LGPL, and am 
more than happy too see it pillaged and/or integrated into BioJava. 
Idealy, this would happen in conjunction with a group of developers 
defining expression data and phylogenetic interfaces.
