No. It's still a work in progress and you'll have to live with the
Javadocs and the documentation that exists on www.biojava.org. On the
plus side, you'll be speed reading sources after a while (much of the
source is written pretty clearly)!

Incidentally, can we get a FAQ reference at biojava.org on the www.biojava
homepage? I'll even volunteer to code the page if the others
here can contribute some of the Q&A's, especially A's.
