Thanks to the EBI Industry program, we are able to repeat last year's successful `BioJava bootcamp' workshop -- an introduction to the BioJava library for bioinformatics and computational biology.
This year's event takes place from 18th to 22nd March, on the Wellcome Trust genome campus near Cambridge, UK. The format will be similar to last year: the first half of the week will consist of a series of talks and tutorial sessions covering the core areas of the BioJava API. During the final two days (optional), there will be opportunities to work on more advanced projects.
