Hi all,
I'm writing a program to parse the xml output from Blast and I've never worked with xml before. I have it as a doc, and I would like to use xerces to do the parsing but I'm having trouble installing it, or putting it where my program can see it. I know I need to make it part of my class path, but I'm working on a new mac PowerBook G4 with os x and I cant seem to find where the class path is to change. I'm using netbeans and I couldn't find it there as an option either. Can anyone help?
